Introduction

CXG Series of Magnetic Ore Separator is used for powder, granular, small block of magnetic materials. The arc-shaped permanent magnet fixed on the shaft, and the non-magnetic drum rotating around the magnetic field, so that the iron impurities are adsorbed to the bottom of the magnetic tube, then the magnetic materials escape from the magnetic field, losing attraction of magnetic field and fall into the abandoned metal box, which is a completed selection process. The internal structure is adapted with the latest advanced technology from Japan, the magnetic system is composed of super-strength neodymium iron boron with strong magnetic field, large suction, high removal rate, easy to maintain and use, etc.. It can adjust the fluxes of input and is suitable for different size of materials. The products are widely used in glass, ceramics, cement, abrasives, fire-proof, carbon black, food, feed, chemicals, and non-metallic mineral processing industries.
